Seaweed
Scientists report that our seaweeds are rich in vitamins A1, B1, B2, B6, C, Folic Acid and Niacin. Seaweeds are an important supply of 60 trace elements, a primary source of B12 with significant amounts of vitamin E and K, and an excellent source of over 60 minerals, especially potassium, calcium, iodine, magnesium, phosphorus, iron, zinc and manganese.
In addition to these nutrients and minerals, Seaweeds are a treasure of nutritional concentrates. Seaweeds contain amino acids to help firm and renew tissues. They have fatty acids to help increase fluidity of cellular membranes and to fight against inflammation.
